Our return policy aims to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase while adhering to the guidelines set by insurance providers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: The wig must be in its original, unused condition. This means it should not be worn, styled, altered, or have any signs of use. It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

• Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

2. Return Process

• Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at or 708-316-9951 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.

• Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

• Shipping: Securely package the wig in its original box. Affix the provided return label and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible. Shipping costs for returns are typically covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.


3. Inspection and Approval

• Inspection: Once we receive the returned wig, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

• Approval: If the wig passes inspection, we will process the return and notify you of the approval.

4. Refunds and Reimbursements

• Insurance Reimbursement: Refunds for wigs purchased through insurance will be processed in accordance with the insurance provider’s policies. Typically, the refund will be issued back to the insurance company.

• Customer Notification: We will notify you and your insurance provider once the return has been processed and the reimbursement has been initiated.

• Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the return and refund process to be completed after we receive the returned wig.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the wig for a different style or size, please follow the return process to return the original wig and place a new order. Your insurance provider may need to approve the exchange, so please check with them before initiating an exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Wigs: Wigs that are custom-made or altered to fit specific measurements are not eligible for return.

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
